To meet all these demands and more, we introduce the Lex System. The
only edging system designed to keep up with evolving lens technology
and frame styles.
Lex1000 creates the best bevel profile for hi-curved lenses by
processing the front and back bevel independently. The Lex1000 will
create a custom bevel to suit even the most challenging eyewear. This
patented process creates a consistent and custom profiled
bevel around the circumference of the lens. The Lex1000 delivers a

Design) components. A direct drive gear system maintains precise
cylindrical axis with every cut.
Size is controlled by a newly designed Y-axis direct drive assembly

screen, allowing better and more precise design.
Design Cut
The Design Cut realizes a more free and unique shaping of lens
outlines and holes.

The ME-1000 DESIGN+ Lens Edger, which had ushered in a new era of lens finishing as the world's first automatic 3D drilling edger, has been totally redesigned from the ground up. While incorporating all of the ME-1000 DESIGN+ advanced features, the new ME-1200 Multifunction Lens Edger introduces additional high-tech functions in a smaller, more compact footprint.

The ICE-9000 is a fast 3-D tracer capable of accurate tracing even
with highly curved frames. It is a lens blocker that is fully
automatic and automatically aligns single vision, multifocal, and
progressive lenses. In addition, the ICE-9000 has lensometer
functions. Right now the functions are limited to single vision
lenses, but it recognizes multifocals and progressives for precise
layout.
Blocking lenses manually can be a slow, tedious, and challenging
